I’m Kate Wiltsey,
the owner of Staging the Scene Interiors, a full service
company specializing in Home Staging and Interior Redesign.
With almost ten years of experience in the real estate
and new home building industry, I know
what it takes to get the emotional connection that potential
buyers are looking for. I
have been actively staging homes and decorating models for
builders for the last several years, including my own
properties, with excellent results.
With a very small investment of time and money, you can sell
your property faster and potentially at a higher price. We will incorporate as much of your
existing decor as possible in order to keep costs to a
minimum.
By adding a splash of color, or a few new
pieces, your home can have a completely new look.
