Initial Consultation (approximately 45 minutes)
A Staging the Scene Interiors Consultant will visit your
home for an initial consultation and walk-through. At this
time, we will assess your homes appearance and
discuss your goals, expectations, and how to receive the
maximum return on investment. If time allows, we will give
you a quick demonstration to show the difference home
staging makes by transforming an area of your home. We will
give you the photos which can then be used in your marketing
efforts. We will end by creating a customized plan that
works within your budget and timeframe. A $50.00 credit
will go towards any future staging.
“Top Ten” Priority Report
After the initial consultation and walk-thru, we’ll provide
a customized report outlining the “Top Ten” things that
you’ll need to do right away to increase the value of their
home and obtain a faster sale.
Half Day of Home Staging OR Interior Redesign
This service is for those
homes that just need a little extra attention and expertise
or are less then 2000 square feet. We will work with you to
make the most of what you have. We will bring in accessories
in order to complete the look of each room, take great
photos for your agents marketing efforts, and give you a
visual of what to purchase. We will spend a half day
transforming two to three main living spaces in the home.
Full
Day of Home Staging OR Interior Redesign
This service is for those homes that need a little more
attention and expertise or are over 2000 square feet. We
spend a full day making dramatic transformations to your
home. You won’t believe the difference a day can make!
You’ll walk away with a show-ready home, photos for your
agents marketing efforts, and visuals of purchases you can
make to complete the look.
Completed Action Plan
Add a completed 10-page, Action Plan to any of the above
Staging Days in order to complete the look yourself. We’ll
take an extra hour going through the home with you and
filling out our Action Plan.
New
Listing OR Open House Staging Weekend (Includes Completed
Action Plan)
This service is perfect for the house that is just about to
go onto the market OR have an Open House in order to make a
great first impression! A Staging the Scene Interiors
Consultant will spend two full days prior to that weekend
transforming the house into a buyers dream. The Consultant
will be working off of a detailed Action Plan that will be
given to the Home Seller in order to complete the
transformations at the end of the session. To get top
dollar, every home should go through our complete home
staging transformation BEFORE being listed!
Shopping Service
We’ll create a budget and shop for those accessories that
serve as investments in the sale of your home. Simple,
inexpensive purchases go a long way in changing the look of
a room. We know where to go and even get “Designer
Discounts” off of what we purchase for you.
Vacant Home Staging
We take your empty house and transform it into a home. The
fact is that 90% of potential buyers will not see past the
empty rooms. Without furniture, there is no frame of
reference and buyers cannot visualize the potential of your
home. We will furnish and accessorize your home to help
expedite the sale.
Model Home Merchandising
We work with builders to merchandise their model homes
to their potential target market. We design model interiors
with an understanding of the location, lifestyle, income and
taste of the buyer. Furniture and accessories will be
tailored specifically to the potential buyer in regard to
budget and lifestyle of the target buyer. We are able make
ALL material selections for your home: exterior and interior
colors and surfaces.
